It depends on scope, and you'll have a real timeline in writing before we start. Marketing sites are measured in weeks. Apps and platforms ship in phases, so you're never waiting months to see something live.

Do you handle SEO and content too? yes, and ongoing
Yes. Local SEO, on-page structure and citation management are part of most site projects, and they can continue monthly after launch. Content can be written with you or for you.
What happens after launch? docs + access · no lock-in
You get documentation, access to every account, and the option of a care plan. No lock-in. If you'd rather take it in-house or elsewhere, the code is clean enough for that to be easy.
How much does a website cost in Miami? see pricing ranges
It depends on what the site has to do. A custom marketing site, a customer portal and a SaaS platform are three different projects. Every quote is fixed-scope and fixed-price, and the Pricing page lists ranges so you can sanity-check before we talk.
Do you work with WordPress or Shopify? we build custom
We can maintain and improve them, but we build custom. A hand-coded site on Astro or Next.js is faster, safer and cheaper to run than a theme with forty plugins, and it never needs a rebuild because a plugin stopped being updated.
